The Magnetism of the Flooring Section: Why It Draws Visitors
Any fears that the new flooring section at the Interiors Exhibition would not have what it takes to pull in the punters have been well and laid to rest. The flooring section – dedicated entirely to exhibitions and products all relating to flooring – proved to be a significant attraction for visitors to the Interiors Exhibition and a raging hit.
“The flooring section has been a success,” says Joe Atkins, one of the Interiors visitors this year. “It has certainly earned its place within the exhibition.”
The flooring section showcased numerous items, such as many exciting options in carpeting, including a selection of rugs whose designs varied from neutral shades to much more outlandish and creative designs and styles. Carpets did not have the area to themselves, however, with flooring options such as solid wood floors, engineered flooring, and laminates, all of which provide excellent opportunities for new floors or wood floor restoration. The flooring section has proven to be such a popular part of the Interiors Exhibition this time that it looks likely to become a permanent fixture in future exhibitions.
The Interiors Exhibition ran from the twenty-second to the twenty-fifth of January. Also, it included sections devoted to furniture, lighting, soft furnishings, and accessories and featured exhibitions from no less than six hundred companies, with seventy brand new exhibitions for this year, including the all-new flooring section, which has proven so popular.
