What was the job?
We were asked to sand wood floors in Walthamstow, in a residential property in need of some renovation.
The floors were in need of repairs and sanding after years or natural wear.

Challenges
Parts of the floor were severely damaged and needed to be repaired before the floor could be sanded. The floor was uneven and some floorboards had to be secured properly before further work could be undertaken.How the floor looked before we started work
What we did
We repaired the damaged floor before using a three stage, dust-free sanding process. Gaps were filled with resin before the floor was buffed and vacuumed. Four coats of lacquer were then applied after the floor was sanded and levelled.During the floor restoration

The floors were given a new lease of life after significant repair work. Applying lacquer also ensures the flooring will last for a long time to come.
The rooms look more inviting and welcoming with their rejuvenated, characterful sanded wood floors.
