What was the job?
A home in Walthamstow needed maintenance work on floors and a staircase.
Challenges
Some floorboards were very damaged and needed to be replaced before we could start sanding. Working on a staircase poses more of a risk than a floor because of the reduced surface area.How the floor looked before we started work
What we did
We replaced the boards which were too damaged to sand and were sure to secure them properly to prevent damage to our machines. We sanded, buffed and vacuumed the floor before adding clear wax. After sanding the stairs, we were asked to paint the risers.During the floor restoration

Now, the floor is level and the colour is uniform. After treatment, the stairs are safer and the paint makes them a lot more presentable and they blend more with the walls and bannister.After we finished the job
