Some rooms had been carpeted over and the floorboards underneath were discoloured and damaged.
The floors in the house had not been properly treated for some time and this meant extra care had to be taken to prevent further costs.
We supplied and fit new pine floorboards to replace the damaged boards before sanding using our three stage sanding process with dust-free machines.
Gaps were filled with a mixture of slivers and resin.
We buffed and vacuumed the floors and then applied four coats of clear lacquer to create a shine.
The floors, and house, look a lot more inviting and clean. Not being treated meant the floors had accumulated grime but now they are clean, smooth and looking fantastic.
We provide virtually dust-free sanding with our continuous belt machinery with mobile extraction units, giving you a safer environment for your family.
This organic finish not only adds beauty to your home but also has exceptional water-repellent characteristics, making it easier to clean and maintain.
This natural floor finish offers the softest and most mellow appearance – and leaves your floor able to breath.
Using soft buffing machines (and hand-polishing where required) will bring a wonderful sheen to your newly-finished floor.
We offer a full assessment of your wooden floors to determine what repairs are needed to provide the perfect working surface for the later stages of sanding, staining and sealing.
We offer a comprehensive restoration process designed to address floors that are improperly fitted or damaged over time through wear and tear.
