What was the job?

Aldersbrook is an Edwardian housing estate in Northeast London. The floors of a residential property needed maintenance and sanding work.

Challenges

Rooms had recently been painted and splashes of paint had fallen onto the floorboards. We had to sand these stains off but still manage a perfectly even finish. Some boards were loose and needed to be fixed before we could continue with the main sanding task.

What we did

We supplied and fitted some new boards before sanding using dust free machines. After buffing and vacuuming away any excess debris and dust, we lacquered the floor to protect our work.
