What was the job?
Bromley is a London borough that was previously part of Kent. A residential property in the area had floors in need of sanding, as they had become worn over time. Area –Lounge/diner: 31.4 m2

Some considerable gaps had formed in between floorboards and some of the boards needed to be replaced.
The floorboards were pine, which is a softwood. This meant they required an extra level of care when sanding.
How the floor looked before we started work
What we did
We supplied and fit 5 linear meters of pine floorboards to replace severely worn boards..
Before sanding, we took every precaution to ensure there was no major spread of dust throughout the house. This meant using our special three stage process.
After buffing and vacuuming, we applied four coats of clear lacquer to the floor.
During the floor restoration
The results
The floors are smooth and even, and the signs of damage are all removed. This makes the home look like a more pleasant space.
As well as providing the floor with a nice shine, the lacquer means the floors are more durable.
