What was the job?
We travelled to a residential property in Epsom to carry out routine sanding work.
Challenges
There were not many challenges as the wear to the floor was standard, but we had to consider that the homeowners would not want us in their property for too long.
How the floor looked before we started work
What we did
Even though the floor appeared to be level, we checked if any boards needed to be secured. Knowing the surface was smooth, we were then able to start the dust-free sanding.
After sanding, we buffed and vacuumed away any excess. This left us free to add lacquer.

The results
The homeowner has shown that they are willing to maintain their floors, so our work should last for years to come.
Wear signs have been removed and we managed to keep the surface even.
