We Are A Professional Parquet Restoration & Floorboards Sanding Company in Rayleigh

We are a
floor sanding company in London that you can trust. Our family-owned business has been in operation for two decades restoring and renovating real hardwood decks in the capital and the Home Counties. Because we are proud of what we do it shows in the professional quality of our work and because we have the passion for what we do, every type of timber flooring benefits from our expertise and care.
We undertake extensive
parquet tiling restoration work that is a really worthwhile job when the scuffed and hidden motif of traditional flooring bursts back to life after a bit of TLC from our professional teams.
When we leave a customer with a perfectly finished surface we know we’ve done a great job.
Our team of experts can sand boards in a clean and mess-free manner with those noisy old drum sanders a thing of the past. This is because we use the latest continuous belt system, which gathers wood dust as it sands. Homes and business premises will benefit from the expert workmanship offered by our team on every single piece of work we undertake. There is no
sanding and varnishing job too small or too large.

We also specialise in restoring and maintaining timber staircases in both homes and business premises. After the initial sanding operation, which is likely to be carried out by hand, comes the polishing and attention to detail that will make your staircase look grand again.

Local History
Deer have played a major role in the history of the Essex town of Rayleigh. Its name is derived from the old word for ‘roe’ deer and the land around the town was, for several hundred years, used as Royal hunting forests. Rayleigh’s origins date back to prehistoric times and there has been a settlement in the area in both Roman and Saxon times as demonstrated by the early Norman Rayleigh Castle mentioned in the Domesday Book.
An octagonal Dutch Cottage, owned by the district council, is the smallest council house in the UK (and oldest), and is named after 17th Century immigrants. It is let out on condition the tenants allow it to be open to the public one afternoon a week.
